Amit Pal

Amit Pal has been practicing in High Court of Madhya Pradesh since 2011 after his initial stint with prestigious organisations like Quislex and CPA Global. His litigation practice areas include constitutional law, civil law, company law, sports law and arbitration. Amit has represented State of Madhya Pradesh and Central Government at High Court on issues ranging from disproportionate assets under Prevention of Corruption Act, reservation in promotion and election petitions.

He has advised some of the multinational companies and government companies on critical policy issues. He has tremendous expertise on labour & employment laws and regularly advises various clients on employees benefit planning, safety legislations, disciplinary proceedings and similar issues. He also handles real estate transactions including advisory, compliance, litigation, drafting and due-diligence for a wide array of clients. He has gained keen insight on issues relating to sexual harassment at workplace.

Amit regularly represents his clients before High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Jabalpur, Indore and Gwalior Benches), several district courts and tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission & District Forums, Labour Commissioner and Debt Recovery Tribunal. Many of his notable cases have been widely reported in law journals and print media.

He holds a Graduate Degree from the prestigious National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2008).
